Bowling Vision favicon

Our training is a comprehensive, best in class service, available to all centre operators – regardless of equipment age or type. Courses been developed in line with manufacturers guidelines and in conjunction with Health and Safety professionals. All courses are delivered by experienced trainers, who ensure it is relevant and interesting, while still emphasising the key points to give you peace of mind.

Many centres have full technical teams, comprised of experienced technicians with excellent knowledge, however, their training has frequently been informal and handed down over the years. In order to provide suitable training records in-line with due diligence requirements, we will carry out a bespoke assessment of the existing technical team and practices before awarding the relevant technical training level certification based on their assessed competency and skill level.

Our Support Team is comprised of experienced operators from a range of disciplines, all with backgrounds in tenpin bowling and wider Leisure & Hospitality Management. Because of this we’re uniquely placed to offer quality, structured training that’s relevant to the way your centre operates. All our courses can be delivered onsite, as an in-house session for your team. We also hold open sessions at our facility in Kettering.

Bowling Reception

The tenpin bowling reception desk hides a fascinatingly complex system – lane resources are flexible, linkable and each reservation has a highly variable running time determined directly by the product sold to the customer. Effective management of this resource not only directly impacts your bowling revenue, but also your food and beverage sales and other ancillary revenues. It is absolutely key to get this area right for your centre to perform to its maximum capability.

Food and Beverage

Almost every tenpin bowling centre has an F&B operation in place, ranging from simple cafes to elaborate high-quality restaurant and cocktail bar operations. While there are many specialists in these areas, their focus tends to be isolated to the F&B elements, unaware that the bowling centre setting will radically change how customers use these outlets in comparison to a stand alone operation. Our support team combine high quality F&B knowledge with bowling operations experience to make sure that your product offering is high-quality, profitable and, crucially – deliverable every single time.
