Our training is a comprehensive, best in class service, available to all centre operators – regardless of equipment age or type. Courses been developed in line with manufacturers guidelines and in conjunction with Health and Safety professionals. All courses are delivered by experienced trainers, who ensure it is relevant and interesting, while still emphasising the key points to give you peace of mind.
Many centres have full technical teams, comprised of experienced technicians with excellent knowledge, however, their training has frequently been informal and handed down over the years. In order to provide suitable training records in-line with due diligence requirements, we will carry out a bespoke assessment of the existing technical team and practices before awarding the relevant technical training level certification based on their assessed competency and skill level.
Our Support Team is comprised of experienced operators from a range of disciplines, all with backgrounds in tenpin bowling and wider Leisure & Hospitality Management. Because of this we’re uniquely placed to offer quality, structured training that’s relevant to the way your centre operates. All our courses can be delivered onsite, as an in-house session for your team. We also hold open sessions at our facility in Kettering.
