We’re recruiting! Exciting Operations Manager and Junior Marketing Assistant Roles

The experiential leisure sector has seen remarkable growth over the last few years and, therefore, at Bowling Vision we are expanding too.

Bowling Vision is built on relationships which nurture entrepreneurial spirit to see bold visions brought to fruition and supported with their onward journey.

Our core business of installing and supplying the needs of bowling centres is constantly needing to innovate and flex to the technological advances and the needs of our customers and their guests. As the industry changes we see the significant role Bowling Vision has to play in enabling bowling centres to continue to be relevant and profitable.

Operations Manager

Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our management team, to facilitate the evolution of our business. This is a brand-new role within our company and so would suit a professional who enjoys autonomy and putting their own processes in place.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, enthusiastic and personable who can learn our business, motivate our teams and deliver client projects with the highest possible standards.

The core function of the role will be to take ownership of our compliance, logistics and departmental management including HR, health and safety.

This exciting role will span all areas of our business from capital equipment sales, aftermarket sales and our servicing and support teams.

Full details of the role and the application process are available online. Telephone interviews will be the week commencing 28th February 2022 with face-to-face interviews the following week.

Junior Trainee Marketing Assistant

As part of the DWP Kickstart Scheme, we are recruiting a Junior Trainee Marketing Assistant (from now on referred to as Marketing Assistant).

Another new role for our company, the Marketing Assistant will be working, predominantly, on the social media channels for Bowling Vision and our sister brand Social Playlist.

Social Playlist is a digital platform which promotes experiential leisure concepts. The Marketing Assistant will work alongside our small marketing team to create content for our social media channels and look for opportunities to grow our audience. There will also be additional marketing activities which will generate engagement with our customers across both businesses.

As this post is part of the Kickstart Scheme applicants need to be 16-24 years old and receiving Universal Credit. Applications need to be made in consultation with a Jobcentre Work Coach. Full details of this six month post can be found on Findajob. Closing date: 1st March 2022
